I’m Rebecca, a conversation designer, strategist, teacher, and writer.

I started working with conversational tech in 2012, and I’ve designed voice assistants, chatbots, talking conference rooms, games, healthcare simulations, and more. Check out my experience as a consultant and leader here. I co-authored Conversations With Things: UX Design for Chat and Voice, too.
